UEFA CHAMPIONS LEAGUE COMPETITION: INTERACTION INFORMATION
 
Opening/closing date & time:
·             Competition opens for entries via PRTS, SMS, red button and online as stated in the UEFA Champions League (the “programme”).
·             Competition closes for entries via PRTS, SMS, red button and online at 9.00 a.m. as stated in the programme. UPDATE NOTE: The red button entry service will no longer be available after 31 January 2012 as it has been closed. All entries made before that date will be counted as usual.
 
Competition draw date:
Within no more than 24 hours of the closing date and time for all entries.
 
Method & cost of entry:
·             PRTS Phone - call 0904 161 9090and follow instructions; up to 6 entries per phone number. Entrants who enter twice from the same phone number will be invited to stay on the line on their second call to enter the competition a third time without additional charge. This can be repeated twice to reach the 6 entries per phone number limit. The entrant’s third entry must be made on the second call from that phone number. Each call costs no more than £1.54 from BT landlines. Calls from other networks may be higher and from mobiles considerably more.
 
·             SMS text – send a SMS text to 88342 with the keyword WIN. SMS entries without the keyword or where the keyword is misspelt or incorrect will not be counted but will still be charged. Up to 6 entries per phone number. SMS entrants using the correct keyword will receive a SMS reply message acknowledging their SMS entry and inviting them to enter the prize draw via SMS a second time using the same mobile number to receive an additional entry into the prize draw without charge. Entrants who then send a second SMS text to 88342 with the keyword WIN by the closing date and time will be entered into the draw three (3) times for a chance to win the prize. This can be repeated twice to reach the 6 entries limit. Each of the SMS entrant’s first two (2) SMS text entries costs £1.50 plus one standard network rate message
 
·             Red Button – Sky and Virgin Media viewers press the red button on their remote control; up to 6 entries per phone number. Each red button entry costs no more than £1.54. 
 
·             Online – go to www.itv.com and follow the instructions; up to 6 entries per phone number provided.
 
Winner selection and contact:
The first entry drawn at random from all eligible entries will each be the winner of the prize, subject to eligibility and compliance with all applicable terms and conditions. The winner will be contacted on the competition draw date in accordance with the time-critical provisions set out in Clause 4.2 of the General Competition, Vote and Poll Terms.
 
A further ten (10) entries drawn at random from all eligible entries will each be the winner of the runners up prize.

FA Cup Final - 5 May 2012 (date subject to change)
  • Four (4) standard return rail tickets from the UK mainline station nearest to the winner’s home address to a London train station on 4 May 2012 and returning on 6 May 2012;
o        Return ground transfers from a train station in London to the winner’s hotel accommodation in London, UK;
o        Two (2) nights’ accommodation (on 4 and 5 May 2012) in a four-star quality city centre hotel in London on a bed and breakfast basis based on the winner and their companions sharing two (2) twin/double bedrooms;
o        Four (4) match tickets to the FA Cup Final match on 5 May 2012; and
o        Access for the winner and their companions to the VIP Official Hospitality tent during the FA Cup Final match on 5 May 2012.
 
UEFA Champions League Final – 19May 2012 (date subject to change)
o        Four (4) return economy class flights from a London based airport to Munich, Germany departing to Munich on 18 May 2012 and arriving back in London on 20 May 2012;
o        Return ground transfers from an airport in Munich to the winner’s hotel accommodation in Munich;
o        Two (2) nights’ accommodation (on 18 and 19 May 2012) in a four-star quality city centre hotel in Munich on a bed and breakfast basis based on the winner and their companions sharing two (2) twin/double bedrooms;
o        Four (4) match tickets to the UEFA Champions League Final match on 19 May 2012; and
o        Access for the winner and their companions to the VIP Official Hospitality tent during the UEFA Champions League Final match on 19 May 2012
 
Barcelona v Real Madrid – date during the 2012/13 La Liga Season (subject to confirmation)
o        Four (4) return economy class flights from a London based airport to Barcelona, Spain in 2012/13;
o        Return ground transfers from the airport in Barcelona to the winner’s hotel accommodation in Barcelona;
o        Two (2) nights’ accommodation in a four-star quality city centre hotel in Barcelona on a bed and breakfast basis based on the winner and their companions sharing two (2) twin/double bedrooms;
o        Four (4) match tickets to the Barcelona v Real Madrid match during the 2012/13 La Liga Season held at Nou Camp, Barcelona (subject to confirmation of date); and
o        Access for the winner and their companions to the VIP Official Hospitality tent during the Barcelona v Real Madrid match during the 2012/13 La Liga Seasonat Nou Camp, Barcelona (subject to confirmation of date).
 
Euro 2012 Final – 01July 2012 (date subject to change)
o        Four (4) return economy class flights from a London based airport to Kiev, Ukraine departing to Kiev on 29 June 2012 and arriving back in London on 2 July 2012;
o        Return ground transfers from an airport in Kiev to the winner’s hotel accommodation in Kiev;
o        Three (3) nights’ accommodation (29 June, 30 June and 1 July 2012) in a three-star quality city centre hotel in Kiev on a bed and breakfast basis based on the winner and their companions sharing two (2) twin/double bedrooms; and
o        Four (4) match tickets to the Euro 2012 Final match on 1 July 2012 (the “First Prize”).
 
The First Prize includes a designated contactavailable no later than 24 hours from the date of winner confirmationfor the winner and their companions to consult if they have any queries or problems and a travel representative available during the dates of each element of the prize.
 
Cash
 
·         A cheque for £5,000 (five thousand pounds) made payable in the name of the entrant only.
 
The prize provider for the tickets, accommodation and travel element of the First Prize is: The Sports Concierge Limited, 32-34 St John’s Road, Tunbridge Wells, Kent TN4 9NT.
 
The prize provider for the cash element of the First Prize is: ITV Interactive Limited, The London Television Centre, Upper Ground, London SE1 9LT.
 
The runners up prize is a Sony PlayStation 3 320GB slim console and a Sony PlayStation Vita 3G portable games console (the “Runners Up Prize”).
 
The prize provider for the Runners Up Prize is: Sony Computer Entertainment Europe Limited, 13 Great Marlborough Street, London W1F7HP
 
Please note that the dates of the FA Cup Final, UEFA Champions League Final and Euro 2012 Finalare subject to change and the date of the Barcelona v Real Madrid match is to be confirmed. The First Prize must be taken up on the dates to be confirmed in relation to the FA Cup Final, UEFA Champions League Final, Euro 2012 Final and Barcelona v Real Madrid matches. In the event that the FA Cup Final 2012 is moved to a date prior to the competition closing date the prize provider will provide tickets to the FA Cup Final 2013 as part of the First Prize. For the avoidance of doubt, the four (4) people need not be the same for each element of the First Prize. The winner may at their sole discretion select three (3) companions for each element of the First Prize (as set out above).
 
Passports must be valid for travel with a minimum of six (6) months on the date of departure from the UK when taking up the First Prize. The winner and their companions are responsible for obtaining any other necessary travel documentation, authorization and visas. It is the responsibility of the winner of the First Prize to inform the prize providers of any wheelchair or similar access requirements for the winner and/or their companion when taking up the prize, and to adhere to any applicable health and safety guidelines.
 
Please note that the winner will need a current and valid credit/debit card with sufficient available funds in order to check in at the hotel for security deposit purposes. The prize providers will confirm arrangements for collection and/or delivery of the tickets, travel and accommodation to the winner within 24 hours of winner confirmation i.e. the date that the winner has been contacted and their eligibility has been confirmed. The prize providers will use reasonable efforts to deliver the cheque within 28 days of winner confirmation. The winner must be aged 18 or over. The winner’s companions must be aged 12 or over. Proof of age and eligibility may be required. Where the winner’s companion is aged under 18 years old, they must have prior parental or guardian permission and must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over when taking up the prize. 
 
Restrictions may apply, including but not limited to health, safety and access restrictions. In addition, neither the winner nor their companions must be subject to any football banning orders, or any past convictions related to football hooliganism, or any other restrictions imposed by a football association or sports governing body or governmental authority in any country which would prevent the winner and/or their companions from taking up the First Prize (or any part thereof). The Promoter and/or prize provider reserve the right to conduct checks against the winner and their companions in relation to this. The winner and their companions acknowledge that in the event that any of the football matches in the First Prize do not take place as specified for any reason, the Promoter does not accept responsibility in these circumstances and no alternative prize will be provided.
 
The First Prize excludes ground transfers not included in the prize, meals and drinks not included in the prize, excursions, attractions, treatments, car hire, hotel supplementary charges, excursions, telephone calls including local and long distance telephone calls, room service, mini-bar goods, programmes, personal items, merchandise and souvenirs, tips and gratuities, incidental costs, fees, expenses, taxes, personal expenses and any insurance unless otherwise provided for. Costs and expenses not included in the First Prize may incur additional charges which are payable by the winner, and/or where applicable, their companion. Neither the Promoter nor the provider of the First Prize will be held liable where such charges are incurred, and no refund or reimbursement will be made. The Promoter and the prize provider will accept no responsibility where the winner and/or their companions are unable to pay in full, any such charges as incurred.
 
The Runners Up Prize excludes any associated costs and expenses which may be incurred in taking up the prize including but not limited to Wi-Fi or other internet connection, additional power supply, USB cable, storage fees, mis-delivery costs, accessories and any supplementary products and services. The Runners Up Prize is subject to the terms and conditions of the manufacturer and/or provider of the prize.
