If an entrant is ineligible or if the entrant either fails to answer the call promptly when first called or if for any other reason successful contact with the entrant is not made, or the call is interrupted (including but not limited to interruption due to technical fault), or the entrant does not agree to participate on air in the programme, then such entrant’s entry will be void and the entrant forfeits their chance to participate in the programme. Once on-air, if the call is interrupted for any reason, the entrant will be called back immediately. If for any reason successful reconnection to the entrant cannot be made during the time available that entrant’s entry will be void and the entrant forfeits their chance to continue to take part in the viewer competition. The Promoter reserves the right to randomly select an eligible reserve entrant to take part in the viewer competition.

In the event of any technical failure which adversely affects selection and/or contact of a potential player for the viewer competition, the Promoter reserves the right to randomly select another eligible entrant during the time available during the programme on-air. The Promoter is not responsible for any loss or damage caused to you as a result of any this occurrence.

To participate in the programme, the entrant must agree to be on the phone live on air during the programme. It is the responsibility of the entrant to be available by phone during the programme, and also to be watching the programme on the same date and time in order to take part in the viewer competition. The entrant acknowledges and agrees that they must comply with any directions and/or instructions given to them, including, without limitation, in regard to conformity with all applicable terms and conditions, the Ofcom Broadcasting Code, health and safety instructions and all relevant laws, rules and regulations.

The Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to contact an entrant or reserve entrant for participation in the programme. The Promoter does not guarantee that all entrants or reserve entrants will participate in the programme even if they have been contacted, nor does the Promoter represent, undertake or warrant that it will broadcast any episode of the programme which may or may not include an entrant’s or reserve entrant’s entry and/or participation in the viewer competition.

The viewer competition: During the programme, entrants who have been contacted to take part in the programme will be required to speak live on-air by phone and answer a question with 4 multiple choice answer options, in a given timeframe.

If the entrant does not answer the question correctly during the time available, the next entry drawn will be contacted to take part in the programme and asked the multiple-choice question and so on up until the prize is won or the first 10 randomly drawn entrants have participated in the viewer competition.  The Promoter reserves the right at any time to continue the viewer competition off-air where the time available for the programme on-air has expired or for any other reason beyond the reason control of the Promoter. If the prize is not won after the last of the first 10 entrants have participated in the viewer competition on-air or off-air and have not answered the multiple-choice question correctly, the variable cash sum element of the prize will be donated to the charity or charities previously selected by the celebrity contestant in the studio game.  The non-variable cash sum elements of the prize will be won on-air or off-air, by a member of the studio audience for the programme who, at the time of arrival at the studios for the programme before the beginning of the programme and the start of the viewer competition, has given an answer closest to the correct answer to a qualifying question.
