Yet without unpaid care our NHS would collapse and the country would face a £119 billion bill it cannot afford. Carers UK provides advice, information and support and runs a network of local groups which break the isolation faced by many carers by putting them in touch with each other and providing a vital listening ear through their volunteering service network.
