Helping Hand is an independent charity which provides support to the Royal Belfast Hospital for Sick Children – the only hospital in Northern Ireland dedicated solely to the care of children.
The charity was established in 1997 by the medical staff at the Royal Belfast Hospital with the single aim of helping children in their care.
The charity helps to provide additional revenue to fund research and provide the best equipment possible for the hospital.
The hospital also hosts of the most Paediatric Regional specialist services for Northern Ireland.
