Our people and services have played an integral role in the operation of telethons and appeals since 1980. In 2012 we helped to raise £38.5 million for our charity partners through our telethon and appeal efforts.
Televised fundraising campaigns, or telethons, have been a fixture of our charity work for over three decades. We use our core expertise to provide infrastructure, network management, online giving platforms (MyDonate), contact centers and volunteers as well as fundraising.
We are pleased to be supporting the Text Santa appeal by providing the telephony and credit card processing behind the donation line 0330 123 1000. Donations can be made using your credit or debit card and calls to the number are charged at your normal geographic call rate. On the night of the appeal donations through call centres will be processed via MyDonate.
