The Fuse Competition - Refund
On The Fuse last week (20th – 24th July 2009), the answer to the weekly competition question was disclosed in error and we have therefore cancelled the competition. Anyone who entered can receive a full refund. We’re very sorry for this mistake and any inconvenience this has caused.
For all entrants who are BT customers, you will automatically receive a credit on your phone bill and you do not need take any further action. All other telephone entrants - where we have been able to identify your telephone number, you will receive a call from us within 6 weeks to arrange repayment. If you believe you are eligible for a refund and have not been contacted within 6 weeks, please call our Customer Care line on 0844 881 4150 or email us at ITViHelp@itv.com
