Provides free help, support and information for children (and their parents) and adults who have any form of disfigurement. The aim is to build effective coping strategies and self-confidence. It also works with healthcare professionals, schools and others to promote awareness about disfigurement and its effects, as well as information and advice for employers to encourage equal opportunities in the workplace and advice for health-care professionals in developing new models of health-care. Changing Faces is now the official home of skin camouflage. The programme was established in 1975 by the Red Cross and since then it has helped tens of thousands of people to grow in confidence and independence.

You are not alone... with the fears and worries, regardless of why or how a face is disfigured. We understand for we have been 'there' and we survived! No problem is too big or too small.
A charitable organisation which aims to provide support to those affected by Craniosynostosis and associated conditions. We help by providing factual information and links to appropriate medical establishments experienced in treating these condition. We also provide a friendly and confidential telephone helpline to all those affected.
The foundation aims to offer non-medical advice to empower people and build up their confidence by showing them how to look and feel their best again. This would include professional lessons on camouflage makeup and hair styling as well as a mentorship program that brings burns survivors together to support each other.
CLAPA was set up in 1979 as a partnership between parents and health professionals to support parents all around the UK. It aims at helping present and future patients and carers to live through a difficult part of their lives as they are coping with the treatment of Orofacial Cancers, Trauma and other facial deformities.
The Healing Foundation is a national fundraising charity championing the cause of people living with disfigurement and visible loss of function, by funding research into pioneering surgical and psychological healing techniques. Through research, we also raise awareness about the causes and provide information about the sources of support.
Facing the World is a unique UK charity that exists to provide life-changing craniofacial surgery to some of the world’s most disadvantaged and vulnerable children from developing countries affected by severe facial disfigurements.
