Combine all liquid ingredients and pour over crushed ice
100g Frozen cranberries
1 orange, zest
1 Tbsp caster sugar
3-4 drops of angostura bitters
blitz the thawed cranberries in a food processor and add to a 1 pint jug, mix in the sugar, zest, bitters and water and mix well to extract flavour. Pour into a glass with ice and and the bourbon and stir.
