We'll be enjoying the latest I'm A Celeb gossip with a delicious jungle cocktail or two - hic!
Lime Lizard
Serves 1
3/4 oz vodka
1/2 oz rum
1/2 oz lime juice
1/4 oz sugar syrup
Lemonade to taste
Pour in vodka first, then mix in the rum, lime juice and sugar syrup. Pour into a glass over ice, and add lemonade to taste.
Junge Jumanji
Serves 1
1 oz cherry brandy
1 oz Taboo
1/2 oz port
1 oz grenadine
3 oz pineapple juice
Mix all liqueurs and juice in shaker, add ice and shake well. Pour into a large cocktail glass and garnish with fresh fruit - use a parfait glass
Fobidden Jungle
2 ounces pineapple juice
1-1/2 ounces coconut rum
1-1/2 ounces rum
1/2 ounce grenadine
Pour the pineapple juice, coconut rum and rum into a cocktail shaker and fill with ice. Shake the mixture vigorously to combine, and then strain into a rocks cocktail glass and top with the grenadine.
Bird of Paradise
3/4 oz tequila
3/4 oz white creme de cacao
1/2 oz amaretto
1 oz cream
Shake well with ice, strain into large martini glass
Three-legged monkey
1 oz whisky
1 oz amaretto
1 oz pineapple juice
Shake and strain, into glasses
