1 x small apple
Inch piece of fresh ginger
Ginger is a natural antihistamine and fresh apple juice has been proved to help breathing conditions like asthma. Served in shot glasses

2 x apples (golden delicious pref)
1/4 medium cucumber
1/2 ripe medium avocado
Avocados are rich in Vitamin E, essential for good skin health. They are also a rich source of good fats, protein, phytonutrients as well as many other essential vitamins and minerals. Apples are incredibly good for the skin, ginger is a natural anti inflammatory and cucumber juice is known as nature’s natural juice tonic.
The 'love lift' (Otherwise known as the viagra of juices!)
1 x large RAW Beetroot bulb (the beetroot must be raw)
Large handful of cubed Watermelon (keep the skin on)
Handful of red grapes
1 x Pomegranate
Watermelon is often described as nature’s own viagra due to containing the amino acid L-citrulline, which the body converts to another amino acid L-Arginine. This increases blood flow by creating nitric oxide which helps to broaden the blood vessels. Watermelon is the highest food source of L-citrulline, making it great for cardio health and sufferers of erectile dysfunction. Pomegranates have been shown to increase and improve blood flow. They are High in nitric oxide content which helps broaden arteries, making it good for getting and maintaining an erection. Beetroot juice helps to lower blood pressure. High blood pressure can hinder erectile function, so by lowering it naturally with beetroot juice can help blood flow. Red grape juice raises testosterone levels and lowers oestrogen levels.

1/2 Lemon (with rind on and wax free where possible)
Small handful fresh mint
Lemon and cucumber are gentle, natural laxatives and diuretics. Drinking these juices can help alleviate constipation and flush excess salt from your system. Excess salt is a leading cause of bloating as it retains water. Celery has also been used to regulate the bowels and control intestinal gas for the same reasons. The mint is there to ease digestion, while the apple and pear juice contain soluble fibre to help keep things ‘moving’.
