Celebrating Chinese New Year the tasty way

We had a double hit of food today in honour of Chinese New Year which today celebrated the year of the monkey.

First off Holly and Phil where given a lesson in the art of noodle pulling kindly demonstrated with expertise by chefs Jeremy Pang and Kampo from the School of Wok.

Then, not to be outdone, John Torode gifted the set with all sorts of fragrant smells, creating an absolutely superb duck with plum sauce.
