'Danny' had never been particularly bothered about the size of his manhood until he visited a Harley Street surgeon to discuss a liposuction procedure, and was told the fat he was losing from his love handles could be injected into his penis as part of a penoplasty operation.
'Danny' joins us now to tell us why he underwent the surgical procedure, also here is his surgeon Dr Roberto Viel of the London Centre for Aesthetic Surgery (LCAS) who claims he has seen a 45% rise in penis enlargement surgeries in the last year, and performs 4 or 5 of these operations a week.
