A survey published by parenting website Mumsnet today paints a shocking picture of the care that women who miscarry receive in the UK. Out of 1000 women questioned who had suffered a miscarriage, over half were treated alongside women with ongoing pregnancies, one third weren't offered any pain relief, whilst many were left wanting further medical care or counselling.
Today we speak to 30-year-old Sally Bartlam-Hawes who has had to endure a heartbreaking ten miscarriages. She feels that she was let down by doctors who didn't provide adequate care or support. She's on the sofa alongside Denise Robertson.
