At the Traumatic Stress Service we provide assessment and treatment for people, aged 18-65, throughout the United Kingdom. We aim to reduce the level of distress experienced by people who suffer psychological difficulties following a traumatic experience, often known as Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD). The TSS also offers treatment to asylum seekers and refugees affected by war, torture and rape. Patients who do not speak English will be given help with language difficulties. We work with a number of different therapy teams who specialise in PTSD.

Military Families Support Group
www.mfsg.org.uk
The aim of the web site is to provide emotional and practical support to all those families who have lost loved ones serving in the Armed Forces whether it is through the consequences of war and military conflict, illness, suicide or a tragic accident during the course of normal duties wherever and whenever it happens. We are also here to be able to talk to serving soldiers and their families in confidence if they just want someone to talk to, or point them in the right direction for any other help and assistance that they might need.
