Laurence's Jolly Jubilee: Crowns

Today Laurence is blinging up his street party guests by making royal crowns - certainly a neat twist on the usual red, white and blue hats!

And the ladies from the WI are inspired to use a similar motif to create cute napkin rings and some mini bunting.
