When Katja Rosenberg was brutally assaulted and raped in 2006 she was shocked, shaken, but not angry. Almost immediately she understood that her attacker was a product of his environment - a young man who she believed was driven to a life of crime as a result of his underprivileged upbringing and social circumstances.
While her attacker was caught and jailed, Katja longed to meet him and offer him her forgiveness. The meeting took seven years to set up, but finally, last September, Katja came face to face with the man who had raped her. She joins us now to tell us more.
