Earlier this week Stewart and Natasha Sutherland were fined for taking their three children on holiday during term time. After the case went to court, they were given a £1000 penalty for the week long holiday which went against Department of Education policy.
Today we're asking if parents should have the right to take their children out of school for holidays?
