The Four Oarsmen rowing in the name of mental health
One in four of us will experience mental health problems every year, and on the 12 December, four friends will put their bodies to the ultimate test to raise awareness for the cause.
George’s mother battled mental health throughout her life, and tragically passed away in 2011. After her funeral, George’s friends promised him they would do something to remember her, and raise money for Mind - a charity close to her heart. They'll row 3,000 nautical miles unaided across the Atlantic Ocean in a 28 foot boat for around 45 days. The Four Oarsmen George, Pete, Stuart and Dicky join us as they prepare for the journey.
