Former MET Chief Superintendent Sue Hill is back and she needs your help to solve crimes... from an extremely dangerous murder suspect on the run to an armed robber that must be found, Sue's here with all the details.

CASE 1: MURDER SUSPECT FUGITIVE
A murder suspect went on the loose four weeks ago today (23rd January) at 8.20am after a gang ambushed a prison van with sledgehammers. John Anslow, 31, escaped when three masked men smashed the windows of the vehicle taking him to Stafford Crown Court after lying in wait on a country road. They freed him after punching the van driver in the face and are also believed to have used a knife in the carefully planned assault, a mile from the gates of HMP Hewell Grange prison, in Tardebigge, near Bromsgrove. John Anslow - nicknamed Skitz - was bundled into the back of a silver Volkswagon Scirocco as the mob made a high-speed getaway. Two other prisoners travelling in the van were not released. Anslow, who is from the Tipton area, was arrested and charged on the 15th January with the murder of Richard Deakin in Chasetown, Staffordshire, in July 2010. Four other men have also been charged with murder.

KEY DETAILS:
* Anslow was wearing a bright blue and yellow prison suit when he escaped, which may have been discarded on or since 23 January.
* The offenders used a silver VW Scirocco - registration BT59 NXC - before abandoning it and switching to a silver Mercedes.  Detectives are also now able to confirm that the Mercedes was a grey C63 AMG Estate.
* After the prison van was attacked, the Mercedes travelled north along the B4096 Hewell Lane onto Alcester Road to the M42 Junction 1 island. It then carried on the B4096 on the Old Birmingham Road towards the Lickey Hills, travelled down Rose Hill and turned left into Lickey Road in Cofton Hackett. Officers want to speak to anyone who saw the Mercedes or any other suspicious vehicles or activity in the days before the crime - particularly between Friday 20 and Monday 23 January - in the Tardebigge area or surrounding localities including Alvechurch, Blackwell and Barnt Green.

POLICE WARNING: Police have warned the public not to approach the 'extremely dangerous' fugitive. Anyone who sees Anslow should not approach him but should dial 999 immediately.

REWARD: A £10,000 reward has been offered for information that leads to his arrest and return to prison.

CASE 2: ATTEMPTED £700,000 ARMED ROBBERY
City of London Police detectives are appealing for information after an attempted armed robbery in the City on a Saturday lunchtime. CCTV of the incident appears to show a man threatening a bank employee with a gun, before demanding £700,000. The bank's security shutters were quickly activated, leaving the suspect empty-handed apart from an employee's bicycle, which he initially used to make his getaway. The incident was made all the more remarkable when the suspected robber handed over his gun to the employee, before realising his mistake and seizing the weapon back. The incident took place on Saturday 22 October at 12.50pm at the Halifax on Cheapside.

DESCRIPTION OF MAN: The man is described as male, white, 5'10, stocky build, aged late 20s to late 30s, unshaven with dark hair. He was wearing dark trousers and top, with a chequered flat cap.

REWARD & GETTING IN CONTACT: A reward of up to £25,000 has been offered by Lloyds Banking Group for information about the attempted robbery. Witnesses can call City of London Police on 0207 601 2222, or call Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.

CASE 3: UNPROVOKED ATTACK
Police have released CCTV images of men they need to speak to after two men were assaulted in Newcastle. It happened around 2.30am on Sunday, 25th September 2011 when men aged 21 and 22 were walking along Northumberland Street in the city centre when they were approached by a group of men. In what is believed to be an unprovoked assault, one of them started punching the older man. The younger victim intervened and was punched in the face, causing him to fall backwards and hit his head off the floor. The offenders then made off. The 21-year-old victim attended hospital and received a number of staples for a laceration to the back of his head, while the 22-year-old suffered minor injuries. It's believed the men are from the London area, however, could be living in the north-east.

CASE 4: 'MAD DOG' GIRL BIT ME IN CLUB (Sun, 17th Feb)
Jamie Montgomery, 26, had her hand chewed and feared her face was going to be torn off in the unprovoked attack on a night out in Blackpool, Lancs. She needed four operations and will be scarred for life. In a recent interview Jamie said that they had exchanged a few words before the attack but added, "I have no idea who she was or why she did it. She just bit me and bit me - she was growling like a rabid animal." The horrific assault happened as Jamie enjoyed a night out with a workmate at a cabaret club in her home town of Blackpool, Lancs. Door staff threw the girl out but later she set on Jamie again, biting her on the fingers and face and chasing her down the street. Jamie has had to have skin grafts taken from her arm but doctors have warned she may never regain normal movement in her hand.

THE ATTACKER: The attacker was in her late 20s or early 30s, 5ft 3in with long brown hair and a local accent.

CASE 7: BRITAIN'S BONKERS CRIMINALS
'CAUGHT - PHONE THIEF WHO POSED FOR PHOTOS' (Express, 15th Feb): A brazen thief who posed for photos while stealing a woman's iPhone has been caught and cautioned by the police. Ross Heckman (21) was filmed by another passenger while he stole the phone out of a woman's bag on a late-night train from Waterloo to Guildford. The woman had accidentally left her bag behind and when the phone in the bag rang another passenger answered it and said he'd hand it in if she didn't come back. However, Heckman then stole the phone, refusing to give it back. Several people came forward to identify Heckman. He admitted the crime and was given a caution. The phone is still missing but Heckman has been ordered to pay his victim £499 compensation for the phone.
