Self-confessed sex addict Jeff Leach joins Phillip and Holly to discuss his determination to mend his ways.
The sex addict, who made a documentary detailing his addiction for BBC Three, even made a list of all of his lovers - that he could remember!
Jeff says: "I started to compile the list after about ten girls, first on a tiny piece of paper, then on A4, and then I had to use a spreadsheet. This was about a year after I had lost my virginity when I was 17."
As Jeff approaches his 30th birthday, he sees his friends settling down and getting married. He wants to change his ways and made documentary, Confessions of a Sex Addict on BBC Three in which he tries to understand sex addiction and undergoes therapy to find out the underlying reasons for his behaviour.
Over the past few months, he has met up with a number of exes to try and understand why he has had a compulsion to sleep with so many women.
Jeff joins us on the sofa along with two of his ex-lovers, Nicola Watson, 24, and Steffi Green, 22 to discuss if he really can change his ways.
