Pretty, softly spoken and with a passion for pink, there is little to distinguish 10-year-old Livvy from the other Year 6 girls at her Worcester primary school.

Except for the fact that when Livvy walked out of the school gates in July she was a boy called Samuel.

Following a diagnosis of gender dysphoria, Livvy returned to school in September as a girl.

Livvy's mum Saffron, dad Phillip and Livvy herself join us today to talk about recognising the fact their Livvy suffered from gender dysphoria, the agonising decision to let their little boy become a girl, and the reaction of society at large.
