Earlier this week, a leading judge sparked fierce debate after claiming people accused of sex crimes should have their identities protected until they are convicted because of the stigma of the crime.

So today we ask, should rape suspects be given anonymity? We're joined by solicitor Nick Freeman who believes suspected rapists need special protection due to rape's stigma. Against him is rape survivor and campaigner Jill Seward who says anonymity for sex crime suspects would risk reducing the chance of serial rapists being convicted.
