We meet the 22-stone woman who claims employers are fattist, and the businesswoman who admits she would never employ somebody overweight - who do you agree with?

Recent figures from the Department of Work and Pensions have revealed that more than 7,000 Brits are too fat to work and cost the taxpayer more than £28 million in benefit payments last year.

Today we're joined by long term-jobless and single mum Jay Cole, 24, who weighs 22 stone and believes that she is the victim of fattism from potential employers. We're also joined by journalist Katie Hopkins who openly admits that she wouldn't employ an overweight person because she thinks they're bad for business!
