Famously ditzy and girlishly giggly Oscar-winning actress Goldie Hawn talks men and the man's world that is the movie industry, and shares her lessons in mindfulness.

You'll recognise the legendary Hollywood star from her roles in Private Benjamin, The First Wives Club and Death Becomes Her, but it was her performance in the 1969 film Cactus Flower that won Goldie an Oscar for Best Supporting Actress.

Goldie hasn't made a movie in the last decade and she joins us today to talk about her current project and what she describes as her life's work - bringing a cutting-edge curriculum into our schools.
