Today sees the 25th anniversary of the very first Red Nose Day, as Comic Relief celebrates a quarter of a century helping those in need in the UK and Africa.

To mark the occasion Jonathan Ross and Davina McCall are visiting a vaccination clinic in Accra, Ghana, to report on the difference that Comic Relief funding is making to the local community and across Africa in general.

Jonathan joins us live from the clinic to talk to us about the work he is seeing, his own involvement in Red Nose Day's past and the changes that have occurred in Africa due to 25 years of Comic Relief funding.
