Sarah Storey, 34, started her Paralympic career as a swimmer, winning two golds at Barcelona in 1992 when she was 14, and she has secured titles at every Games since.

After a chronic ear infection seven years ago kept her out of the pool, she turned to cycling to keep fit and a new talent was unearthed! Now with 11 gold medals, and 22 medals in total, Sarah is the most decorated female British Paralympian ever.
