Seventeen-year-old Ellie Simmonds won two golds in the 200m medley and the 400m freestyle, as well as silver in the 100m freestyle and bronze in the 50m freestyle making her the national darling of the 2012 Paralympics.

Ellie, who has previously won two golds in Bejing in 2008, says she hopes her journey inspires others to get into sport and encourages those with disabilities to go out there and achieve something with their lives.

She joins us now today live from Chiswick School in West London to tell us all about Sainsbury's sports initiative Active Kids For All, which will enable schools to get disabled children into sport.
