Having spent the last few nights with a Mr Christian Gray, he's now following me to work. Not that I'm complaining... and boy did 50 Shades of Gray get the nation talking and twittering today!

In other news, Phil Vickery's strawberry chicken was surprisingly good... and as for the strawberry surprise, the surprise is I've eaten it! With a little help from Brett and the gang that is.
