Especially after trying Reza Mahammad's amazing steamed fish with green chutney and pilau, the seabass was fantastic.
I have to say, I wish it was the first time I was ever arrested on the set of This Morning, but the lovely Brix, aka Margaret Thatcher, wanted me to go to the cells! I'm not sure why, but she brought her own handcuffs...
Thanks for all your comments, we've been talking about whether or not men would swap a year of their lives for a perfect body, guys - just go to the gym if you want to get in shape and get beach ready.
