Phil's fried gurnard with tomatoes and courgettes

Today is Summer Solstice - the longest day of the year - and to celebrate the 16 hours of daylight, we’ve sent Phil Vickery to the Dorset coast where he’s busy making the most of the early sunrise with a spot of fishing. But what fishy feast will he be cooking from his catch of the day? Fried gurnard with tomatoes and courgettes - if Phil can catch a gurnard, that is!

Should Lord Alan Sugar lose his job?

Who knew the racism would come from the Houses of Parliament, where I work. A Lord, no less.

– MP Dawn Butler

Lord Alan Sugar's BBC career was plunged into trouble yesterday after he sparked a race row by comparing the Senegal national football team to beach sellers. Hundreds of people slammed The Apprentice host's tweet and others called for his sacking. After initially failing to back down, Lord Sugar eventually removed the tweet and later admitted the tweet was 'misjudged' and that his attempt at humour 'backfired'.

But should Lord Sugar face hearing his catchphrase 'You're Fired' by BBC bosses? Joining us on the sofa is Labour MP Dawn Butler, who is urging the BBC to sack their star, and Lizzie Cundy who has defended Lord Sugar and says the tweet was a silly joke.

Love Island: Is Adam's behaviour unacceptable?

Last night Adam yet again showed no concern for Rosie's feelings, by continuing to get close to Zara right in front of Rosie's face. His behaviour has caused a public backlash with members of the public branding him a 'sociopath' and 'a snake'. Women's Aid has even got involved raising concerns about his 'emotionally abusive behaviour'. Is Adam just playing the reality TV game or is his behaviour completely unacceptable?

Love Island's Adam

Chief Executive of Woman's Aid Katie Ghose and Reality TV star Lauren Goodger will be telling us their views.

Jason Isaacs: 'We all need to help refugees'

From Malfoy in Harry Potter to Captain Lorca in Star Trek, Jason Isaacs has covered a range of roles in his 30-year career, but he admits that his latest project is his toughest yet.

The BAFTA-nominated actor has just returned from Turin in Italy as part of his work for World Refugee Day. Now back on UK shores he’s on the sofa to discuss why we need to do more and the difference anyone of us can make to the lives of refugees.
