Team Sky are back for a second crack at the Tour de France in 2011 - and ITV4 reporters Ned Boulting and Matt Rendell believe they are capable of making a significant impact on the race.

After a fourth-place finish with Garmin-Slipstream in 2009, Bradley Wiggins was tipped for great things in 2010 but he and the team failed to live up to expectations on their first outing in France.

However a string of impressive results in 2011 - most notably Wiggins' win at the Criterium du Dauphine which featured a strong team display - has many pundits predicting a better Tour showing in 2011.
