Alberto Contador refused to go down without a fight with a courageous display on the final day in the Alps, and admitted he was able to attack because he was racing under "no pressure".
Last year's winner admitted he attacked on the climb to Alpe d'Huez "for enjoyment".
"Today was a different day for me," he said. "For me [it was important] only to enjoy the day."
