Garmin-Cervelo rider David Millar reveals the last week of the Tour has been "all about surviving", as he has been suffering from a bout of bronchitis.
Millar was tipped as a potential winner of Stage 20's time trial, but the illness saw him deliver a slightly below-par ride.
