Team Sky's performance analyst Tim Kerrison talks exclusively to Matt Rendell about Rigoberto Uran and how he has stepped into the team leader's shoes in the absence of injured Bradley Wiggins.
"It was devastating for us to lose Bradley, but we have a very strong team here. We've got riders like Geraint Thomas and Edvald Boasson Hagen who's won a stage. [Juan Antonio] Flecha who's had his own incidents in this race but is also capable of winning stages.
"Rigoberto Uran has stepped into the leader's shoes ... We're quite confident that he can keep chipping away there and we've got a performance plan to get the best out of him. So we're pretty confident he can have a great tour."
Kerrison also talks about his time at Team Sky and assesses his team's chances for this year's Tour.
