Garmin-Cervelo's Thor Hushovd was delighted with his second stage win of his 2011 race, Stage 16 in Gap, hailing his 'unreal' Tour so far.

The Norwegian, who is having a fabulous Tour after previously holding the yellow jersey for seven days, says he enjoyed the final sprint in Gap after he just pipped his compatriot Edvald Boasson Hagen to the line.

"It's incredible that two Norwegian riders were going for the line like this, it was almost like a national championship!" said Hushovd.
