Today wasn't about egos, says Wiggins

Team Sky's Bradley Wiggins tells ITV's Matt Rendell that the team time trial was a good demonstration of the team spirit at Team Sky.

"Everyone played their role," Wiggins said. "Everyone from [Rigoberto] Uran to Simon Gerrans to the little climbers in the team - everyone played their part today."

And Wiggins said he was delighted with the opening two stages of this year's Tour - twelve months on from his disappointing 24th place in the GC.

"It's looking good, it's been a fantastic start to this Tour de France," Wiggins continued, before adding: "A complete contrast to last year."
