The governing body of the Tour de France ASO announces the route of the 2012 Tour in Paris's Palais de Congres on Tuesday, and you can get the news first on ITV.com.

ITV's website will be broadcasting the announcement live and in full from Paris on the morning of Tuesday 18th October, starting at 10.25am BST.

Get the first indication of how British cycling hopefuls including Mark Cavendish and Bradley Wiggins might fare next summer, and which of the sport's big names can expect to succeed on the route.
