ITV's Chris Boardman talks us through the complexities involved when feeding a Tour de France rider on the move.

Cyclists can be on the road for up to eight hours a day, and need more than 7000 calories in order to keep going. There can be two feed zones within a stage, when riders pick up a 'musette' packed with goodies, but it's not always as easy it as seems.
