David Millar has inadvertently confirmed his selection in the Tour de France for a 13th and final time.

The 37-year-old took to Twitter to announce he was heading to Monmouthshire for Thursday's British Championships time-trial and Sunday's road race before going on to the Tour, which begins in Leeds on July 5.
Millar, whose Girona home was burgled during the Criterium du Dauphine earlier this month, wrote: "Last time leaving home to race Nationals/TdF. More hectic than ever. Note to thieving b*******, our house is occupied/watched ALL the time."
Millar is retiring at the end of the current season and swiftly apologised to his Team Garmin-Sharp sporting director Charly Wegelius for announcing his selection ahead of the final nine-man squad being declared publicly.
Millar is one of six Britons to have worn the Tour leader's yellow jersey and is also expected to compete for Scotland in the Commonwealth Games in Glasgow once the Tour concludes in Paris on July 27.
He also served a two-year suspension for using blood booster EPO in 2004 and is now a fervent anti-doping campaigner.
Perhaps also riding his last tour, although that's been said before, is 42-year-old German favourite Jens Voigt, who has been confirmed in Trek Factory Racing's nine-man team.

Voigt will race in his 17th Tour, tying the record for the most appearances with George Hincapie and Stuart O'Grady (both now retired).
