Three Tour debutants will line up alongside Europcar co-leaders Pierre Rolland and Thomas Voeckler for the 100th race.
Europcar team boss Jean-Rene Bernaudeau has selected rookies David Veilleux, Kevin Reza and Jerome Cousin.
"They have all reached maturity having made regular progression within the team," said the team's sporting director, Sebastien Joly, of the green trio.
"We're keen to help them continue to progress by testing them with a three-week stage race of this calibre. Besides, they're not exactly novices – each one of them has already taken part in big races."
