Tour de France legend Eddy Merckx says he seems his young self in Slovak prodigy Peter Sagan, who won Stage 1 for Liquigas in Seraing.

Talking to ITV4's Ned Boulting after Sagan's victory, Merckx says he expects Sagan to challenge in the sprints as well as the uphill finishes, and was impressed by his tactics on his maiden Tour victory in Seraing.
