TDF 2015 Stage 16 reaction: Tinkov - Sagan is stronger rider than Froome

Owner of Tinkoff-Saxo Oleg Tinkov tells our reporter Ned Boulting that Peter Sagan is a better rider than Chris Froome.

Sagan again finished runner-up on Stage 16 - this time to Ruben Plaza - it's the 16th time of his career that he's finished second at the Tour de France.
