Tulips from Amsterdam. Ruth Wignall celebrates the arrival of spring by tracing the journey of one of our favourite seasonal flowers.

She meets traditional tulip growers in Holland and visits the world’s largest trading centre for plants and flowers near Amsterdam where blooms are sold and then transported to florists across Wales.

This week Andrew meets the crew of IV Squadron which trains fighter pilots and takes a flight in a hawk fast jet.

Ruth tries sheep trekking in the Brecon Beacons, beach horseriding in Carmarthenshire and gets up close to the puffins on Skomer Island. Meanwhile, Andrew sees a team of Siberian huskies in training in Snowdonia and meets an artist in Pembrokeshire who makes sculptures out of debris found in the sea.

Ruth meets a sand artist in Tenby who creates stunning patterns in the sand, and takes a ride on a speedboat off the coast of Milford Haven. Meanwhile, Andrew relives his Snowdonia mountain adventures and meets a team of scallop divers in Pembrokeshire.

The team celebrate Wales’s ‘Year of Legends’ by visiting some of our most legendary places.

Ruth Wignall explores the ruins of Pennard Castle on Gower, which is said to have been destroyed by fairies. Andrew Price investigates the myths surrounding St Govan’s Chapel in Pembrokeshire while Rob Shelley sniffs out the tale of a Prince and his dog in Snowdonia.

Autumn Sights. Ruth Wignall visits Aberglasney Gardens in Carmarthenshire to see a stunning display of autumn colour, while Rob Shelley takes in the views overlooking the Conwy Valley at Bodnant Garden. Andrew Price is spotting seal pups on Ramsay Island, while Hannah Thomas finds out why leaping salmon are now a much rarer sight.
