Foraging for food

If you've been out for a walk in the country this autumn you may well have noticed it's been a particularly good year for wild fruits and berries.

So how can we make the most of the bumper blackberry crop, and are we in danger of forgetting what's out there as we spend more money on convenience food and less time foraging for free?
