England manager Roy Hodgson says his side need to learn to be more aggressive in future major tournaments.

Shaw: It was a dream come true

England defender Luke Shaw says it was a dream come true to represent his country at a World Cup after making his competitive international debut against Costa Rica.

The Southampton defender was a rare bright spot in the goalless draw with the Central American outfit.

Shaw went on to say that he expects a bright future for the national team with the likes of John Stone, Jon Flanagan and himself ready to step up.
