Winter of discontent?

Bins, public transport, fire fighters and posties. The Calendar region is in the grip of industrial unrest. Today the Leeds bin strike entered its eighth week and bus passengers in South Yorkshire have faced a day of misery with another walkout by First bus drivers. Inevitably the deterioration in worker-management relations is drawing comparisons with another time. And, as Tina Gelder now reports, a sense that we've seen all this before.
