What should our celebrities expect from our Judges Emma Bunton and Julian Clary? We caught up with them to see what they have to say.
Emma has promised to find good points in every act, she explains:
“As a judge, I will be looking at how they cope with everything – the whole production. I am going to be honest and fair and I am really hoping the acts will get me dancing on my feet."
Julian has his fingers crossed that there will be plenty of humour, "I can’t wait for the show to start. I have always fancied being a judge on something."
Vowing not to be nasty to the celebrity contestants with his comments on their performance, Julian reckons he will be a fair judge. "I do have a tendency to be very honest,” he says...
"I see my role as to winkle out the comedy and be funny."
Emma didn't hesitate to say yes when she was asked if she’d like to judge the competition. "I love the fact that one week a celebrity could be doing Katy Perry and the next, Mick Jagger.
“It’s going to be really fun seeing the different personas each week and I love the fact that it is all for charity."
Emma says if she had to pick out an icon to transform into, then she’d love to be Twiggy.
As for whom he’d like to impersonate, Julian reckons Tammy Wynette would be incredible, "I would like to sing Stand by my Man with that crack in the voice."
Emma and Julian will be joined by a special guest Judge each week, who the celebrities will have to impress as they sing and dance their way through to the finale.
