You can call 0808 801 0677 between 12pm - 8pm on weekdays, and 12pm - 4pm at weekends.

Answerphones are active after 8pm, and a member of Beat's Helpline staff will call you back if you leave a message.

You can also email help@beateatingdisorders.org.uk , anonymous one-to-one webchat, social media messaging (@BeatEDSupport), and there are regular online support groups.

Beat’s Helpline offers support and information for all individuals affected by eating disorders – those with an eating disorder themselves and the circle around them.

EDANI provides support, information and understanding across Northern Ireland to those affected by eating disorders as well as their families and friends. Their vision is that people affected by eating disorders will have their needs met appropriately with the provision of integrated services delivered by a range of statutory and voluntary agencies. They strive to challenge the root causes of eating disorders and to improve the quality of life for people affected by these devastating conditions. EDANI supports a process of recovery, with easy access to a range of support services.
