pre-natal diagnosis, CHF’s information line will offer advice and support.

Emmerdale - Sands and ARC

Sands support anyone who has been affected by the death of a baby, whether your baby died recently or long ago.

The Sands helpline hours are:
Monday – Friday 9.30am – 5.30pm, plus Tuesday and Thursday evenings between 7pm – 10pm.

ARC Antenatal Results and Choices
ARC is the only UK wide charity providing non-directive information and support through antenatal testing and its consequences. We provide specialised support to those facing a prenatal diagnosis of fetal anomaly.

Caring for a child with heart disease

If you are the parent or carer for a child or young person with a heart or circulatory condition, it is normal to worry about medical and practical issues as your child grows up.

The BHF have lots of information and advice to support you caring for your child.

The Heart Helpline is open Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm. Call us on 0300 330 3311 (calls cost a similar rate to 01 or 02 numbers), or email hearthelpline@bhf.org.uk

You can also find peer-to-peer support as part of their online community on HealthUnlocked.
