Gordon Shedden led from start to finish to win the first Dunlop MSA British Touring Car Championship race at Rockingham.
In vastly different conditions to the torrential rain in which the Honda driver took pole yesterday, Shedden pulled out a lead of nearly three seconds over the 18 lap race.
Mat Jackson finished second after a race-long battle with the Subaru pair of Jason Plato and Colin Turkington.
Championship leader Sam Tordoff, who started 28th after water got into the electronics of his BMW yesterday, cut through the field to finish in the top ten. Team-mates Jack Goff and Rob Collard, who started with him at the back, also finished in the points, 12th and 14th respectively.
